Sourdough culture

Can’t believe I didn’t get around to it when I was over there in December!  Around to what?  Collecting some genuine San Francisco sourdough yeast culture to bring back home.  I’ll be back over there shortly, and am already looking at where I will go to pick some up and rectify my previous failing…

Had a few samples while I was there and it was really a lot more zesty and sour than I’ve ever made back here, which I’ve no doubt is predominantly down to the specific yeast that lives out there.
