This site is unashamedly about baking, and bread in particular. ┬áSince discovering it was actually possible to make bread without bakers yeast (and that you could cultivate your own natural yeast!) I’ve found a real calling and rekindled a love of making food that seemed once to have gone so far away.

Presently, this is ‘just’ something I do outside of the day job.
